Apples are one of the best healthy food as the proverb says. Especially, if is better to eat an apple before going to bed. It neutralize the acidified constitution. An apple puts you at lower risk of respiratory infections.
Also, the unique scent of apples has a calming effect and reinforces blood pressure.
Apple juice relieves diarrhea, constipation and stomach upset. Tannin in apples and pectin in the rind of an apple help stomach strong.
If you would like to have a motion, drinking apple juice on an empty stomach is good for you.
Many people say an apple is healthy food. Some one says, "If you eat an apple in the morning, it is a remedy; however, if you eat an apple in the evening, it will be poison."
But others say that eating an apple before going to bed is good for health, as mentioned above.
I have no idea which one is right. Anyway, An apple is delicious. I know that.
